Experience and Notable Cases:

-Has represented or assisted in representation of numerous clients in worker's compensation claims , social security and ssi claims, and personal injury claims, which have resulted in substantial awards for clients, including auto and 18 wheeler accidents, dog bites, assault and battery, and slip and fall cases.

-Obtained a complete dismissal of a lawsuit against an individual who was sued by a Doctor's office for fraud and punitive damages

-Restored immediate custody of a child to the Mother after DHR removed the child due to allegations of meth use and neglect

-Successfully litigated a home owner's association case and removed the neighborhood developer and property management company from the HOA board and restored power back to the neighborhood residents

-Represented a shop owner charged with 8 felonies and 2 misdemeanors, including possession of salvia and possession of obscene material, and had every charge dismissed

-Successfully argued to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals to have a $34,000.00 child support judgment against a Mother dismissed due to lack of proper service

-Successfully litigated to allow a Mother to relocate herself and the parties' child back to the State of Florida after living in Alabama near the Father for nearly 4 years

-Represented a Defendant charged with felony Hindering Prosecution of another Defendant charged with murder and was able to reduce the client's charge to a misdemeanor

-Had a termination of parental rights case brought by DHR dismissed against a father amid allegations of neglect and his children had been in foster care for nearly 4 years

-Secured the release of an illegally held jail inmate on a Petition Habeas Corpus, which was the first case that gave rise to the class action lawsuit against the City of Harpersville, Alabama
